ACHS Music Department Capital Campaign

Unfortunately, the staff and equipment necessary to maintain this superior organization has become quite extensive and expensive. The school district is able to provide classroom space and the certificated staff to run the program, but it is by the tireless efforts of the ACHS Music Boosters that all additional funds needed are raised through fundraising activities and events throughout the year.

To kick off our Capital Campaign Fund Drive, students will work on drill, practice music, and rehearse this season’s field show from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, and you are invited to drop by in the football stadium at 3:25 p.m. to see exactly what your donation is supporting. All funds raised go directly to the music program and are tax deductible.

Donation receipts

All donors who desire a receipt for their online donation for tax purposes must contact the Boosters for a receipt on letterhead at Receipts will be processed following the closure of the campaign.

If donating online, please include the Student's name on the instructions so we can compile an accurate list of names to whom students can send thank-you notes.
