Meet Angelica Guevara

Angelica is currently a member of Orchestra, where she plays Cello, but her talents extend far past that as she sings in her church choir and has played keyboard mallets and clarinet in the music program in the past.

Which non-music classes are you excited about next year? Pre-calc because I usually get the concepts easily.

Which course are you dreading? AP English. I am definitely challenging myself because English my hardest subject.

Favorite teacher outside of the Music Department: Ms. Haraishi (She is currently taking a break from teaching ).

What piece of music have you spent the most time practicing? I have just been working on scales and other short pieces because I don’t have my music folder.

Favorite musical piece/tune from this school year? “Slane”

What part of the ACHS Music program has had the most impact on you and why? The people. I’ve made really good friends in the music program.

With all of this time in quarantine, I have been... watching a lot of shows on Netflix.
