December message from the President

Happy End of 2020,

I know this year has been exhausting and overwhelming, and we are all probably so happy to see 2021 on the horizon. I am so grateful for all of you who have continued to support the ACHS Music Boosters since the March shutdown. It has looked quite different for us all; no concerts, festivals, face to face fundraisers, etc.

However, one thing that has continued has been the commitment of our Directors to ensure that our students were to get a music education any way possible. I want to thank them for their tireless efforts in creating ways for our students to engage with music and with their peers.

And of course a thank you to our Music Boosters Board. We have been working hard to come up with ideas on how to raise money to support the programs, but to do so from our home. The graciousness of Toki Lee Photography and Gavin Hiller (Mister Softee), along with all of you getting the message out for our community fundraisers, have allowed us to keep out of the red during these trying times.

Hope to see more of you at the Booster Meetings, every 3rd Thursday at 6:00 pm!!! The more we have involved, the more we can accomplish!!!

I wish all of you a Happy Holidays and a restful Winter Break to our students!! May you enjoy your family as you celebrate traditions in a 2020 way this year!!!
