Call for donations for ACHS Music Online Auction

Our Booster volunteers are putting together a virtual silent auction fundraiser to raise funds for the ACHS Music Program in June and are looking for donations! Please consider donating items! Possibilities include themed gift baskets, donations from area businesses, handmade items, or gift certificates for services. If you have items you would like to donate, please drop them off with the music directors or contact Jennifer Blok at fundraising@achsmusic.com by Sunday May 30 at 7:00pm to arrange a time and location for drop-off.
We have created a letter you can send to businesses to solicit donations, which also includes our non-profit status and Tax ID number for the business.
Student donations
Students, fill up your class basket with fun and unique donations! Bins for each class can be found in AT-1. The students who donate to the highest winning class will be awarded a treat party (socially distanced of course). Be sure to include your name with your donation.
Class basket themes are as follows:
Seniors: Treat yourself
Juniors: Staycation
Sophomores: Gamer's paradise
Freshmen: Dinner and a movie
Online Auction event information
The ACHS Music Online Auction will take place Wednesday, June 2 through Saturday, June 5. Help us spread the word!
Bidding will open at 12:00am June 2. However, you can browse items at BiddingOwl.com until then. Be sure to check back often, as items will continue to be added up to the auction start date.
