2021-2022 registration form for prospective new music students

Current 8th grade students and those not yet enrolled in the music program can now register with us in order to receive important information about participating in the 2021-2022 school year.

This information is vital for our program to be able to contact you, and allows you to stay informed on program events and responsibilities.
