Jazz I to perform Sunday at yacht club
The Jazz I ensemble will be performing at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15 at Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club, 2600 Harbor Blvd, Oxnard
A jam session will begin at 1 p.m. and call time is at 1:20 p.m.
Students are admitted free, and parents are admitted at a discounted rate of $3. There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the building and a further out. The best parking is available for those arriving early before the music starts 1 p.m. A special lunch menu is offered by the Yacht club.
The itinerary is as follows:
1:00p - Jam Session begins for anyone who wants to sit-in.
1:20p - Call-time
1:45p - Approximate set-up time. (FAST).
2:10p - Performance 2:45p - Approximate end of perfrmance. Students may leave following your performance, but are welcome to stay longer.
3:00p - Feature band
