ACHS Orchestra making beautiful music together
The String Orchestra is the newest addition to the Adolfo Camarillo High School Music Department having begun with the 2016-17 school year.
The String Orchestra comprises violin, viola, cello and string bass, and satisfies A-G Fine Arts credit, as do all other ensembles offered at ACHS. The String Orchestra is not a Symphony Orchestra, and will only host string instruments at this time. The String Orchestra will perform concerts throughout the year and will explore various styles of music. All students are welcome to join this course from experienced to brand new, wanting to learn a new instrument. The course will be taught by Mr. Cook during 3rd Period in Room
B-4. Students should first go to F-2 (Music Room) to get their equipment, but will then go to B-4 for rehearsal.
Instructor, Daniel Cook
Students receive Fine Arts credit
